Reebok CrossFit Back Bay was hopping these last few days of competition .  Things were kept very fun and very organized.  Workouts happened and results were scribbled on official scorecards.  People fell on the floor afterwards and celebrated their achievements.  It was at this point, that MANY of you got up and went about your business without taking into account your score.  If you finished 17 minutes of effort and stress and walked away without a clear understanding of your results than a small, but infinitely important, point was missed.  Take 30 seconds to write your score down somewhere and keep that record for when  you are posting your scores later on.  Despite of how low on oxygen you may find yourself, go back to your judge and be proactive.  You are solely and completely responsible for noting and posting your score.  The next challenge gets published this time tomorrow, so getting used to this process will certain make things easier for all of us.

Pray that Box Jumps don’t come up,
